- Established MBE under 11 FYP of CSIR Network Project on "Fabrication of LED Devices and systems for solid state lighting application". Epitaxial growth of GaN at various substrate temperature demonstrated on 2-inch MOCVD grown GaN-epilayer. Initiated activity on Memristors using thermal and e-beam evaporation technique. Also probing nanostructures of ZnO, MgO, WO3, CeO2-TiO2, Graphene, CNT as well as bulk materials and Thinfilms of CMR, HTSC and Heusler Alloy etc… with X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS).
